En Medellín, desde el 11 de abril, se disputa la fase final del Campeonato Nacional Masculino Categoría Sub-13 2026, con los 8 seleccionados clasificados distribuidos en dos grupos:

Disputada la tercera fecha, Valle con Atlántico y Antioquia con Santander jugarán por un cupo en la final, luego de clasificar en los dos primeros lugres de sus respectivos grupos.
GRUPO A
Antioquia y Atlántico clasificaron a los juegos cruzados como primero y segundo, respectivamente.
Antioquia pasó como primero del grupo con 7 puntos, producto de 2 partidos ganados, uno a Sucre por goleada de 4-0, otro a Risaralda 2 por 0 y un empate a con Atlántico a 1 tanto, para un total de 7 goles a favor anotados por Juan Esteban Salas (2), Maximiliano Álvarez, Heyler Blandon, Emanuel Díaz, Roodny Palacios y un autogol de Andrés Mercado de Sucre y solo 1 en contra.
Atlántico llega a los cruzados en la segunda casilla con 5 unidades, 1 partido ganado 2 por 1 a Risaralda, dos empates, 1 sin goles con Sucre y otro a 1 gol con Antioquia. Tiene 3 goles a favor, 2 convertidos por Yamil Andrés Reyes y 1 por Kleimar Torres y le han anotado 2 tantos.
Sucre quedó tercero con 4 puntos, 3 goles a favor y 5 en contra, seguido de Risaralda, sin puntos, con 2 tantos a favor y 7 en contra.

Valle y Santander clasificaron a los juegos cruzados en las dos primeras casillas del grupo.
Valle primero del grupo con 7 puntos, 2 partidos ganados, uno con 2 por 0 a Norte de Santander, otro a Santander por la mínima diferencia y un empate a 2 tantos con Tolima, para un total de 5 goles a favor convertidos por Sebastián Asprilla, Julio Castillo, Juan José Córdoba, Justin Segura y autogol de José Benítez de Norte de Santander y solo ha recibido 2 goles en su arco.
Santander clasificó a los cruzados en la segunda casilla con 6 unidades de 2 dos partidos ganados por la mínima diferencia, 1 a Norte de Santander y otro a Tolima, para 2 goles a favor anotados por Matías Gil y Nicolás Sereno. Solo tiene un gol en contra.
Tolima quedó en la tercera casilla con 2 unidades, 4 goles a favor y 5 en contra, seguido de Norte de Santander, sin puntos, 2 tantos a favor y 5 en contra.
